1. Introduction and Definitions

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will earn a bonus of ৳1,200, giving a total balance of ৳2,200; or a deposit of ৳34,000 will earn a bonus of ৳20,000, giving a total balance of ৳54,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A wagering requirement of 20x (twenty times) applies to the welcome bonus. This means that to withdraw the bonus funds, you must place bets totaling 20 times the bonus amount. Example: if you receive a bonus of ৳1,200, you must wager a total of ৳24,000 before withdrawing.

5.3 Bonus Terms of Use

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period — if the wagering requirement is not met within this period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless specifically permitted.
• acs365's decision in determining eligibility for a bonus is considered final.
• Bonuses may only be used in the games or categories specified in the terms of each offer.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent use is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.

5.4 VIP Program

acs365 has five VIP tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Users can advance to higher tiers through regular and active gaming. A weekly cashback is available at each tier: up to 0.3% at Bronze, up to 0.6% at Silver, up to 0.9% at Gold, up to 1.2% at Platinum, and up to 1.5% at Diamond.

6. Gaming Rules

8. Account Closure and Suspension

acs365 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. This includes rule violations, suspicious activity, failure to complete identity verification, or security-related reasons.

8.2 User-Requested Closure

If you wish to close your own account, please contact our support team via 24/7 live chat or by email. Please complete any applicable withdrawals before closing your account.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

acs365 may apply an account maintenance fee to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. The inactivity threshold and related policy will be published separately on the platform.
